How to Use RavenRouter.AI: From Registration to API Calls

Step 1: Create an Account

Visit ravenrouter.ai, click “Sign Up”, and provide a valid email address, username, and password (stored as a salted hash—we never see your plaintext password). Upon successful registration, your free trial is automatically activated – no waiting for approval.

Step 2: Generate Your API Key

Log in to the dashboard and create your API key (Token) instantly. You can generate multiple keys for different purposes and assign quota credits to each.

Step 3: Integrate and Call

Refer to our developer documentation (available on the website). Simply include your API key in the request header and point your base URL to our API endpoint. For Enterprise Dedicated users, only the base URL needs to be replaced with your dedicated endpoint—no other code changes are required.

Step 4: Manage Your Subscription or Enterprise Agreement

Subscription users can upgrade/downgrade plans, toggle auto‑renewal, and view usage and billing in the dashboard.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (biometrics, health records, financial account details, etc.) – our service is not designed for that.

2. Account Security

Safeguard your password and API keys. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Prohibited Activities (Excerpts from Terms of Service & Referral Terms)

Cryptocurrency mining and high‑energy, low‑value computing tasks are forbidden.
No illegal, infringing, harassing, pornographic, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.
No reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with service security.
Referrers may not engage in fake registrations, self‑referrals, spam, misleading promotions, or circumvention of anti‑fraud mechanisms.

4. Subscription Fees Are Non‑Refundable

All paid subscription fees (including upgrades from free trial) are non‑refundable. Downgrades do not entitle you to a refund of the original plan’s price difference; upgrades require prorated payment. Please confirm your choice before ordering.

5. Enterprise Payment & Overdue

Enterprise users must pay by the agreed due date. In case of overdue payment, we may suspend service and claim the outstanding amount plus liquidated damages (0.05% per day), and you shall bear our collection costs (legal fees, etc.).

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All terms (Service, Privacy, Referral) are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People’s Court of Futian District, Shenzhen. Overseas users must ensure their usage complies with local laws.

7. Amendments & Notifications

For material changes (e.g., service scope, fees, data processing), we will give 30 days’ prior notice via website announcement and email to your registered address. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and close your account before the effective date.
